General Return Policy

Choilini.com will accept returned items in their original, unused condition with all tags attached and accompanied by the original receipt of purchase from choilini.com. We offer a return and exchange policy for up to 30 days from the date you receive your online purchase.

1. INITIATE RETURN REQUEST: 2. RECEIVE RETURN AUTHORIZATION: 3. PREPARE THE RETURN PACKAGE:
*Email our customer service team at to request a return. *You will receive an email with a return link and instructions. Follow the steps provided to complete your return request. *Securely pack the item(s) in the original packaging.
*Attach the return shipping label provided in the authorization email.
4. SHIP THE RETURN: 5. PROCESSING THE RETURN: 6. REFUND OR EXCHANGE:
*Drop off the package at the designated carrier location or schedule a pickup.
*Keep the tracking number for your records.
*Upon receiving the returned item(s), our team will inspect them to ensure they meet our return policy.
*If approved, we will process your refund or exchange within 5 business days.
*Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
*For exchanges, a new order will be processed and shipped as soon as possible.

All returns are subject to the following conditions:

● Item/s are in original condition, unworn and unwashed

● All tags are still in place and attached

● Item/s have been purchased from choilini.com

● Item/s are not marked as final sale

All returned/exchanged items are subject to inspection by our Warehouse Team. Any items that do not meet these conditions will not be valid for any return and will be returned to the sender at the customers' expense.

This policy applies to all purchases made online at Choilini.com. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the items received are damaged, defective, or incorrect. All duties, taxes, and return shipping fees paid are non-refundable. Please contact customer service for the return address. We currently only have a return warehouse located in the United States.

To ensure a positive shopping experience for all our customers, if we identify an unreasonable return pattern, we may restrict or refuse future transactions from such customers. We also reserve the right to terminate accounts and limit purchases in our sole business discretion.

 

Exchange Instructions

At this time we offer size exchanges only. Exchanges should be sent back with the return packing slip included in box (one order per box).

Exchange orders are processed with the same delivery address and ship method as the original order. Once submitted, exchanges cannot be modified or cancelled.

Please send back your return item(s) as soon as possible to guarantee your exchange order. If any items are no longer in stock due to inventory changes, we will refund your original form of payment.

 

FINAL SALE Items

Items purchased at choilini.com labeled as Final Sale may not be returned or exchanged unless the items received are damaged, defective, or incorrect.

 

EXCLUSIONS

● This policy does not cover damages caused by misuse, improper care.

● Products that have been altered, modified, or repaired by unauthorized third parties are not eligible for returns under this policy.

● For hygiene reasons, we cannot offer refunds on if the seal has been broken or is no longer in place.
